Osun Charts Path to Recovery: Adeleke Signs N274 Billion Budget, Vows Focus on Key Sectors

In a move signaling Osun State’s path towards revitalization, Governor Ademola Adeleke has officially signed the 2024 Appropriation Bill into law. Christened the “Budget of Reconstruction and Recovery,” the N273,908,997,410 spending plan prioritizes rebuilding crucial sectors and propelling sustainable development across the state.

“Our focus is to put the state on the path of sustainable development,” declared Governor Adeleke. He emphasized the budget’s commitment to bolstering education, healthcare, sports, roads, agriculture, the creative industry, and the digital economy. General infrastructure upgrades, alongside programs and policies empowering women and youth, also feature prominently.
