Nwoko’s team says independent toxicology reports, therapy recommendations, and staff accounts support claims of long-standing health concerns, arguing that a recently publicised negative drug test by Daniels does not address long-term patterns.

The senator has denied all abuse allegations, describing them as an attempt to shift attention away from unresolved personal issues. His team insists financial restrictions during the marriage were meant to limit harmful behaviour, not exert control.
