The historic town of Otan Ayegbaju in Osun State is gearing up to host one of Nigeria’s most anticipated sports festivals—the 5th Michael and Felicia Alabi Memorial National Table Tennis Championships, bringing together over 50 teams from states and clubs across the nation. Slated for April 27 to May 3, 2025, this high-energy event will serve as both a competitive battleground and a celebration of Nigerian talent and culture.
Backed by the Michael and Felicia Alabi Foundation and organized by the Osun State Table Tennis Association under the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation (NTTF), the tournament will unfold at the brand-new Michael and Felicia Alabi Memorial Table Tennis Hall, nestled within the Idera Multi-Purpose Complex.

Athletes will arrive from states as diverse as Lagos, Rivers, Adamawa, Taraba, Kwara, Anambra, Ogun, Katsina, Ekiti, and Osun, among others. Also joining the fray are top-tier clubs including Aruna Sports Club, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and the Nigeria Police Force, ensuring a thrilling showcase of elite and grassroots-level talent.
