The prosecution alleges that the trio conspired with three other at-large masterminds between January and May 2026 to execute the Oyo school raids. According to the charges, the men are self-professed members of Darul Salam, an active affiliate of the proscribed terror group Ansaru.

The suspects are slated to appear in court next week. Security sources indicate that the agency is digging deeper, with more suspects currently under a microscope to ensure a airtight prosecution.
