Officials in La Linea de la Concepcion, Spain, blocked the June 9 fixture as a precautionary health measure, citing recommendations from regional health authorities. DR Congo, who qualified for their first World Cup since 1974, have already relocated their training base to Belgium and now face strict travel protocols ahead of the tournament in North America.
