Justice Crack
Social media influencer Justice Chidiebere—better known as “Justice Crack”—formally denied amended cybercrime and felony charges Monday as the Federal Government opened its case before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
The Arraignment
Chidiebere appeared before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik on a three-count charge, entering a not guilty plea. His existing bail conditions remain in effect after the prosecution declined to oppose the defense’s request.
The Evidence
Prosecution witness Oronto Douglas testified that audio and video recordings of the defendant’s interview have been downloaded onto a flash drive. He also signed a certificate of compliance authenticating the digital evidence. The court must now secure IT department approval before the forensic material can be viewed.

Next Steps
The matter has been adjourned until September 28, giving prosecutors time to clear bureaucratic hurdles for presenting the electronic evidence.
