Arsenal’s coach and player win PL’s manager and player of the month award

Arsenal’s forward Bukayo Saka has added another feather to his hat as he was today named the Premier League EA Sports Player of the Month for March.
He currently has 12 goals, 10 assists in 28 league appearances for this season alone.
The England star, who is in premium form, started the month with a goal and assist in Arsenal’s 4-0 win against Everton, and ended it with three goal involvements in Sunday’s win over Crystal Palace, which saw him get on the scoresheet twice to become the first player to reach double figures for goals and assists in the division this term. He has also become the 22nd arsenal player to win the prize, the most of any other club in the league’s history.
Subsequently, the gunners coach, Mikel Arteta have also been announced as the PL manager of the month of March which makes him just one behind Jurgen Klopp’s single-season record of five awards.
Arteta was up against Man City’s Pep Guardiola, Aston Villa’s Unai Emery and Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi for this month’s award, but after an undefeated month which yielded four wins and 14 goals across four games, he clinched the prize for the 4th time this season.
