Wizkid Equals Billboard Charts Record With ‘Made In Lagos’ Album

Singer Wizkid has become the 2nd African to have the longest-charting album on the Billboard charts; with the album ‘Made In Lagos.’
Wizkid now ties the African legend, Cesaria Evora, to have the longest-charting album on the Billboard World Album Charts with 66 weeks.
The Cape Verdean singer, Cesaria Evora, with her Grammy award-winning album, Cesaria, had spent a total of 66 weeks on the charts peaking at the number 2 position, which made her the only African to spend that long on the charts.

Wizkid is now one week away from breaking the record and becoming the highest-charting African on the Billboard World album charts.
