FC Barcelona To sign Adama Traore

According to reports, it is confirmed that Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore is set to join FC Barcelona on a loan deal.

The deal and medicals are set to be perfected on today, with the official presentation set for Monday, the last day of the winter transfer window.

Barcelona have a €30 million plus bonuses purchase option on the player, but it is not mandatory.

Traore had attracted interest from Tottenham earlier in the week but however turned down their offer in anticipation of an approach from the Catalans.

The winger is a product of Barcelona’s famed La Masia were he spent 11 years there between 2004 and 2015 before he moved to the Premier League on short term loan spells before settling in at Wolves.
