RIVERS HIGH COURT UPHOLDS SUSPENSION OF PDP NATIONAL CHAIRMAN UCHE SECONDUS

A rivers state high court has upheld the suspension of People’s Democratic Party, PDP’s National chairman, Uche Secondus.

While delivering the judgement today, Justice Okugbelem Ggasam, upheld the suspension of Mr. Uche Secondus which originated from Ward 5 in Andoni local government area of the State brought by some aggrieved members of the PDP, Ibeawuchi Ernest Alex and four others against him and the PDP.

Justice Gbasam also upheld prayers of the aggrieved PDP members to restrain and suspend the embattled Secondus from attending, convening Party meetings in his capacity as National chairman or member of the party.

According to reports, Secondus will be filing an appeal against the Judgement.
