Danish Midfielder Christian Eriksen Has thanked fans, colleagues and everybody that sent messages to him following the incident of the collapse of the 29-year-old footballer during his country, Denmark’s first game at Euro2020 versus Finland.
The Inter Milan Player posted a picture on Instagram of himself on his hospital bed giving a thumbs up, as a sign that he was feeling better.
Eriksen wrote “Hello everyone, Big thanks for your sweet and amazing greetings and messages from all around the world. It means a lot to me and my family. I’m fine – under the circumstances. I still have to go through some examinations at the hospital, but I feel okay.
You would recall that the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Collapsed during the game versus Finland, but was revived on the pitch before he was taken to the hospital. The Danes face top dogs Belgium in the second group B game on Thursday the 17th of June 2021 as the tournament enters day two.
