President Muhammadu Buhari has today at the Presidential Villa Aso-Rock Abuja received the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo.
The two leaders after a brief introduction immediately entered into a closed-door meeting.
Expectedly amongst the agenda to be discussed by the two leaders are the Nigeria-Ghana relations and the current situation in Mali.
Nigerians resident in Ghana have been going through a lot of challenges in recent times which led to the Speaker of the House Of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila Intervening a few months ago. President Nana Akufo Addo’s visit would have concerned Nigerians hoping that a lasting solution is found to this lingering problem.
The Ghanian leader is the current chairman of ECOWAS and the third Head of State to visit President Buhari this week.
