OONI, OLOWU OF KUTA EXTENDS ROYAL GENEROSITY TO THE NIGERIA ARMY
Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II on Monday 1st of June donated two motorized modular fumigators to the Nigeria Army the 2 Mechanized Division at his palace in Ile Ife, Osun State.
Present at the palace to receive the gift on behalf of the Chief of Army Staff was the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Maj.Gen. Anthony Omozoje.

The royal father’s gesture was made possible through the intervention of Olowu of Kuta Kingdom, HRM Oba Oyelude Adekunle Makama who is an unrepentant Supporter of the leadership of the Nigeria Army for their dedication in defending the unity of the country.
While receiving the items on behalf of the Chief of Army Staff and Nigeria Army, Major-General Omozoje thanked the royal fathers for their kind gesture which validates the confidence Nigerians have in the leadership of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai.

He said such collaboration and more will assist the army in fulfilling its constitutional roles of defending Nigerians against the enemies of the State.
Ooni, Oba Ogunwusi reaffirmed his trust and confidence in the leadership of Lt. Gen. Buratai as the Chief of Army Staff while he is optimistic that he has all it takes to lead the war against insurgency and soon bring it to an end.
He also thanked the Olowu of Kuta, Oba Oyelude Makama for his steadfastness inhis sustained advocacy and support to the Armed Forces.
