Supreme Court Upholds High Court Decision On $8.4million Dollars Linked To Patience Jonathan
The Supreme Court In Nigeria today affirmed an order of interim forfeiture made by the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court in respect of the sum of $8.4million linked to Former First Lady Patience Jonathan.
Jonathan, the wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, has continued to lose the fight to keep the sum of $8.4million linked to her.

Sitting In Abuja, The five-man bench of the Top court In Nigeria led by Justice Dattijo Muhammad, in a unanimous judgment, dismissed the ex-First Lady’s appeal and directed her to return to the Federal High Court to show cause why the funds should not be permanently forfeited to the Federal Government.
