Buhari, Osinbajo Get Certificate Of Return

President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice president Yemi Osinbajo have been awarded their certificate of return by the INEC chairman, Prof Yakubu this afternoon after they emerged winners of the February 23rd presidential election.
