Kate Henshaw Vies For Governorship In New Nollywood Flick

Nigerian star actress, Kate Henshaw, Will play the role of a gubernatorial aspirant in a new Nollywood political thriller titled “4th Republic”.

The movie is written by Emil B. Garuba and Zainab Omaki, while direction is by Ishaya Bako.

Henshaw plays the lead character Mabel King, a gubernatorial candidate who has to seek redress at the electoral tribunal after an election that she strongly believes that she won inspite of widespread rigging an electoral malpractices.

4th Republic is billed to hit the cinemas in 2019, and i dear say the timing and content of the movie is apt coming against the backdrop of recent political activities In Nigeria.
