Lagos High Court Clears Ladoja, Akanbi Of Fraud Charges

A former governor of Oyo State,  Senator Rasheed Ladoja and a former commissioner for finance In Oyo State Mr Waheed Akanbi have been found not guilt of the 4.7billion Naira fraud allegation leveled against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Justice Mohammed Idriss of the the Federal High Court Ikoyi stated the prosecution was not consistent with the amount of missing money from the sale of Oyo State Government Shares in various business concerns.
The High Court found them not guilty on all the 11 counts.
